Quiet Partner III - Blinking Light and no action
We have had a Quiet Partner III (GU2500XTP) for a little over two years, and have had only minor problems until this week. Now we have a blinking light (soak/scour) that cannot be reset with a breaker reset, and even the diagnostic key sequence won't do anything. Any idea what the problem is?

There should be another letter and number after the final "P" in your model#.
Depending on which model you have, you may have a 5 yr. parts warranty on the electronics which is causing the issue, either your control board or control panel/keypad assembly is bad.

The model number ends in Q0. Any idea on the parts warranty for this model?

Finally the control panel has been replaced under warranty (albeit with $150 in trip charges) and we successfully washed a load of dishes!
Enter next problem...
Now the water is not spraying around the dish washer at all. Soap door opens and soap runs down the inside of the door, but no water sprays to distribute it to the dishes. The bottom of the dishwasher does fill with water, and the pump will eventually drain it, but no spray. What do you think could be the problem now, and should it be covered under warranty like the control panel was?

No, you only have a 2 yr. warranty on your pump assembly(wash module).
You can try to fix it yourself by reading these 2 threads:
[FIXED] Kenmore Dishwasher goes to next cycle before water full
[FIXED] Default 665 Chopper Assembly - Update #2
or have it fixed by Whirlpool or any appliance repair company.
