Hi. Are those clips easy to remove or will I scratch the oven? I haven't tried yet just looked at it...doesn't look to obvious!

Hi. I'm looking for the part number of the electric coil element? I think it's the following 9761347 6" and 9761345 8" are these heavy duty or will they fall apart like the ones that came with the range?
