Default A/C exhaust fan not turning...help

The exhaust fan on my A/C unit is not spinning.... I have a Trane XE1000, the unit starts and sounds like it is running, but the fan is not spinning.!?!

I cleaned the unit last week, and some water spray from cleaning the coils and surrounding area may have gotten on the motor, but it is a sealed unit ( looks like) .....

Are these motors prone to going out? Are they hard to replace, are they expensive.

Any thoughts or suggestions would be appreciated. It's only supposed to get to 98 degrees this afternoon. LOL

thanks
