Hotpoint Refrigerator Condenser Fan Motor
Posted by: | CommentsHotpoint side by side refrigerator HSS25GFPHWW and the freezer was not getting cold enough, the refrigerator side is fine. The front of refrigerator middle divider where both doors close on was really hot. Found the condenser fan motor was bad, installed new one, worked great!

Maytag Refrigerator Condenser Motor
Posted by: | CommentsMaytag Refrigerator(model#MTB1955GRW) Not cooling properly, and the middle metal divider between the freezer and refrigerator doors was very hot to the touch. Whenever this happens its usually either something stuck in the condenser fan motor blade or a bad condenser fan motor.
The condenser fan motor is located in the back of the refrigerator near the compressor. So you need to pull the refrigerator out from the wall, then take off the lower back access panel. Remember always unplug the refrigerator before servicing it.
