agitation no spin

I own a Maytag MHW6630HW0 front-load washer. Recently when I start a wash cycle, it makes a buzzing sound, then fills, followed by more buzzing. The drum doesn't spin during agitation. It does spin when it's washing. Not sure if it's a coincidence, but when I start a wash cycle, it will...
