On last spin cycle the spin got very loud. I thought for sure I'd see something broken, but nothing obvious stands out.
I noticed shredded plastic coming out from behind the door boot during spinning. (See picture)

The washers stops working after completing the wash cycle and reaching the spin cycle. Tub contains water. Restarting the wash cycle seems to help. Any help with a diagnostic procedure to identify the problem appreciated.
