Hello,

Ice maker stopped working on my Mom's Kenmore. At the bottom front edge of the fridge, i have found a wiring harness leaving the chassis, and going into the freezer door. There are several broken wires on that bundle. I am hoping to find that harness to be a replaceable part, but cant find schematics (that I can read). Would anyone know if this is a replaceable part, or the part # so I can buy it. if not, i guess ill have to hire someone to manually repair the wires. Thanks for any assistance or suggestions. MFG date is 08-16

The wire harness is not available. That's a very common problem on that model. The wires are easy to repair but should be done right. They should be soldered and heat shrinked. Then wrapped with black tape.
