Hi,

Do this test below and let us know the results:

Step#1: Open the freezer and view the status LED

(STATUS LED)

2 BLINKS FOLLOWED BY 1 SEC. DELAY(REPEATED)

POSSIBLE CAUSES: The flapper door on the emitter is blocking the beam or the optics are faulty.

Step#2: Press the emitter flapper to unblock the optics beam

(STATUS LED)

2 BLINKS FOLLOWED BY 1 SEC. DELAY(REPEATED)

POSSIBLE CAUSES: The optics are faulty. Replace the emitter and receiver boards.

If the LED is ON steady: The optics are working properly.

Here are the optics boards you can order, they come together in 1 kit with instructions and video:

You do have a in-line thermal fuse, but if that was bad then you would not be getting 120 volts at the ice maker holes L and N on the ice maker module head. Is that where your putting your multimeter probes when testing for 120 volts?

Here's the in-line thermal fuse:
Harns-Wire

The in-line thermal fuse is the black wire that's hanging down from the wire harness.

No, you can't jump any wires.

Did you take the volt reading from the test holes on the ice maker module?
