I’ve replaced the motor, capacitor, clutch, coupling, and looked into the transmission and brakes, which looked fine. Do not know what to do next.

Hi,

You will need a multimeter to do voltage tests.

When you have it in the spin cycle, Measure the voltage between the blue wire and the white wire and the blue wire and the yellow wire. Should be 120 volts for both.

Ok, that indicates you have a voltage/breaker problem in your home breaker box, have you tried to plug it into another wall outlet on a different circuit?

Now put your meter probes into the same outlet that your washer is plugged into then leave the meter probes in and start the washer on spin and see if the volts go down to between 50 and 60 volts.

If the volts don't jump down to between 50 and 60 volts in spin at the outlet, then look for a broken wire to the motor, if no broken wires found, then the problem is your timer.

Here's the timer for your model:
Timer WP661636
