Kenmore series 500 (can't find model # any normal spots, probably 5 years old or so..). It'll drain but not spin and a couple times wouldn't agitate. Diagnostic codes are F2E1, F5E1, and F7E1. I have trouble believing the lid switch, basket speed sensor, and control board would all fail at once? The lid locks and lid lock light comes on so I think the switch is good? I wasn't sure if these 3 codes suggest something different then individually? Thanks, James

500 Series won't do it. Without a model number we're dead in the water. Try to locate your tech sheet. Look in the console and behind the front panel.

Rick is correct. Get a flashlight and look under the lid towards the back of the lid and you should see the model number tag.

Finally found it. Even the technician's guide didnt have it..
