Older Kenmore washer that seems the drum is moving around excessively even when empty on spin cycle and amplified with just a few clothes in it.

I noticed one of the white wear bars on the left hand side of the skid plate has partially let go, with the other two intact. Would this be causing the problem?

Any help appreciated. I think the machine has been run with unbalanced heavy loads in the past .

Yes, the suspension pads can wear out and cause this problem.

110.4766294 doesn't pull up as good, please recheck your model number.
