Hi,

Does the timer NOT advance on AUTO DRY or TIMED DRY?

If you start the dryer on a TIMED DRY cycle about 40 minutes will it continue through the cycle and shut off when it gets to 0 minutes? If not your timer is bad.

Here's the timer for your model:

For the forever taking clothes to dry that's usually a vent restriction. Air flow restriction are the Number 1 cause of this issue!

Pull your dryer out from the wall, then remove the exhaust hose from the back of your dryer, then Dry a load with the vent hose off and see if it DRYS normal, if so you found the problem.

Also check for a exhaust vent restriction to the outside of your house, also go outside and check the air flow coming out of the vent, I see lint clog that outlet as well. The air flow coming out should be quite strong.
