Default ge side x side TFX22 freezing vegetables in fridge section

I have checked fan blade position, damper control setting, cleaned condenser area, and ultimately have replaced the cold control, but the vegetables are freezing up in the fresh food compartment. Any thoughts?

    Hi,

    TFX22
That is part of a full model#.

but the vegetables are freezing up in the fresh food compartment.
In the crispers, on the shelves, both? Taken a temp reading with a thermometer? Really frozen ( hard ) or just going bad?

the complete model is TFX22PRXBWW GENERAL ELECTRIC with water and ice. The vegetables ( lettuce, cucumbers, ) are freezing solid on the lower shelves and inside the top vege crisper drawer. I didnt notice any water freezing and I also checked the water resevior tank and seems to be fine.

    That one works

Tough for veggies to freeze but not the water

have checked fan blade position, damper control setting, cleaned condenser area, and ultimately have replaced the cold control
Make sure the meat keeper control near the bottom of the fresh food section is not leaking in freezer temp air ( have even plugged a few for customers ). Take temp reading of both ( FZ and FF ) sections! Make sure the air return ( behind the crsipers ) is open/ok/working.

You might try setting controls to 3 and D.....I used to get those kind of calls during the winter....Like Jeff said sometimes you have to plug the hole coming from the freezer on the left side of fresh food section next to crisper...
