Red face Whirlpool Duet Washer GHW9150PW4 leak

After investigating the leak for my Whirlpool Duet Washer GHW9150PW4, I discovered by partially removing the door seal that there was a hidden tear in the seal. The tear is at a crease tucking in next to the water inlet. I duct taped it for now (no leaking, whew!). However, I am thinking I might need to order a new seal. I notice that the inner side of the seal is attached to the drum of the machine. This I did not take out, in that I don't want to not be able to put it back. Before, I purchase a new one (can you give me the part #, and most inexpensive place to order?), I would like to know how the repair process, to make sure I can do it myself. I looked at the online repair manual for the 9100/9200 and it does not address this issue. Also, because the seal rubs against the water inlet creating the tear, I am concerned that it will just happen again. How do I repair it so that I don't have the same thing happening in 1 1/2 yrs (age of machine)? Thank you!
