1955 O'Keefe & Merritt Oven burner only stays on 10 minutes

new problem with my oven . I can light the pilot , then the oven but the pilot and oven burner will only stay on for about 10 minutes now at any temp . . I just replaced the thermo couple . Could it be the gas valve ?

I am not familiar with that exact range model but...

The pilot flame doesn't usually have anything to do with the safety valve besides heating the thermocouple. Gas to both the pilot and the burner is usually controlled by the thermostat. If gas flow to both is stopping at the same time, I'd suggest someone look at the operation of the thermostat.
