Hello, I have a 1970's Hardwick oven that had the thermostat bulb break off. I've been looking for replacements, but have been unable to find the exact model number of my thermostat. The current thermostat is a 6061N0017B and I was wondering if I could use a similar model. It seems that I may be able to use the Harpco 6041S0012 as it has a similar connecting base and features but I'm not sure. Below are photos of my oven's thermostat. Thank you for reading.

That's some sort of factory number. I have no way to trace it. The actual part number is the number stamped on the control that ends -99 that I can't read. If you can get it, I'll try to trace it.

Otherwise, you can check with some of the companies at the following link. They can rebuild some gas oven thermostats.

This is the best that I could do, unfortunately. However, I didn't even know rebuilding them was even an option. I'd much rather do that! Thank you so much. Out of that list, is there any particular service that you'd recommend?

It might be number OC-010-120-99 or OC-016-120-99. I'll try to do some research but it's been a while since I came across any old Hardwick numbers. (Don't wait for me.)

Out of the links I supplied I might suggest you contact the RePco Replacement Parts, Inc company first. They specialize in rebuilding the gas components. The others look to do that as a sideline to repairing the whole ranges.
