I have a Kenmore upright freezer. I recently moved it in the garage for floor cleaning, and it may have gotten wet at the base.....When I plugged it back it, it wont stop beeping that the door is ajar, however it is not. I have checked the seal and it is good, as well as replaced the door switch, but even after doing so, the light is remaining ON with the door closed. Also replaced the wire connectors going to the switch. Not sure what to try next. Also defrosted.

Check the wiring to the door. Maybe it was damaged in the move? Maybe it just got wet??
