    Default Out of balance washer

    Model Number: WHDSR316G2WW
    Brand: GE
    Age: 1-5 years

I have a 3 year old hydrowave washing machine. I was away over the weekend but my wife said while doing a wash it started to shake violently so she shut it off. The suspension rods "appear" to be okay. Those rubber straps "appear" to be okay. Any other ideas from someone who has experienced this? Thanks in advance.

    Hi Ray,

I haven't worked on these GE models as of yet, but Shawn has a good webpage that explains this issue and what to check for here: HydroWave GE Washer Repair Guide
