Default Water in bottom of GE refrigerator

Water accumulates at the bottom of my refrigerator. I suspect it is a plugged drain hose from the freezer section. Does anyone know specifically where this hose is? Or is there an issue I am not aware of?

    Hi,

Some of this drain system is hidden inside the walls and some of it is outside on the back...
