30 year old GE wall oven JTP10GP3BG will not operate

30 year old wall oven had not been turned on in years. Starting with either Oven or Broil, the lights come on and the temperature can be set, etc but after about 10 - 20 seconds the lights go out.
I have no idea what to check?
