30+ year old SXD22S2W Amana Refrigerator finally died........help

My Amana side by side that I have had for over 30 years stopped freezing. Model number SXD22S2W My husband wants to fix it because nothing lasts this long. It has never needed a repair in all these years. Do they even make parts anymore? What could the problem be? I hear a fan noise in the back of unit but nothing is cooling/freezing. Its been in the garage for 20 year in extreme hot/cold temps. This thing is a champ we aren't ready to let it go!

There is a fan inside as well as at the rear and also the compressor (see the link sabove). All need to function at the same time to produce cooling. Someone needs to check the functioning of them all.

Can hear something clicking but compressor not kicking on......could it be the relay?

Yes. It's full name is compressor starting relay.

The white thing is the overload, the black thing is the relay. Does it not look like the relay I linked to previously??

I have no idea. They are not the parts called for on your model. You need more than just parts that look similar.

The relay I linked to is used on all versions of Amana fridge model SXD22S2W. It is for MFG # P1190416WW too.
