Thread: Kenmore Coldspot 106.57032601 - Ice dispenser hinge broken

    My broken piece is the little plastic hinge on the #1 piece in the diagram (the ice maker diagram, not freezer door). It holds the hinge pin for the ice chute.

    That is not coming up as a replaceable parts, keeps saying "Contact customer support for availability at 1-800-252-1698"
    Doesn't even have a part#.
    Can your old one be glued maybe??

    Look at the picture in post #5 here: FIXED Broken hinge pin holder on Kenmore Dispenser chute

    Is that the same place yours broke?

    If so you will need the part I posted in post #2.

    Yes, Jake. It's the same place, which is why I thought that piece would work. I just wasn't sure if it would fit my refrigerator since I have a different model. I was trying to confirm that it would fit before I order the piece.
