    If you get that popup it won't let you post a new thread till you fill in your model number.

    Start a need thread again and fill in the model number.

    That's too bad, especially since after delivering the 3rd dryer, model numbers are insignificant.
    And, if the model number is mandatory, why cant the system just default to the missing info rather than closing you out and having to retype the entire post again??
    I'm not sure I want to go thru the hassle of typing the problem all over again.

    There is a Auto-restore feature in case that happens. It will say auto restore on the lower left side of this box we type in.

    Hi,

    You go to the forum that your appliance is in, then you will see a "+ Post New Thread" button on the top left side of that forum, and that's it, just click + Post New Thread.
