Question WTW6700TW1 Whirlpool Cabrio making noise in spin cycle.

    Model Number: WTW6700TW1
    Brand: Whirlpool
    Age: 6-10 years

Hello: Our Whirlpool Cabrio when it is in the spin cycle makes a loud noise like it's about to blast off. It still works fine except in the spin cycle. Could it be a bearing? Any help would be appreciated.

Is there a way to diagnose it, or do I just need to look into taking it apart?

The only way I can diagnose bad bearings is if I hear it. If you want to upload a video with audio to YouTube, then post it hear I'll be happy to listen to it. I should tell you on a scale of 1-10, this repair is a 10. It also requires special tools for removing and installing the bearings. As far as you looking into taking it apart, that I can help you with:
