    Default Whirlpool washer noisy spin hitting sin sides has resistance to free spin

    Model Number: WTW57ESVW0
    Brand: Whirlpool
    Age: 6-10 years

    during spin it hits the sides like its out of ballance and it has good force to spin but wont spin freely at normal speed ,it has resitance possible bearing issue any one have any ideas

    Hi,

    Just the wash basket is moving/banging or the whole assembly?

    Possible loose tub nut and drive block ( under the agitator ).
    Washer been moved recently?
