I need to order a door lock assembly ASAP to fix error code E47 but want to make sure it's the right one. The model number is worn off of the sticker inside my washing machine door. How can I get the washer's model number to ensure I get the correct part?

Remove the door lock assembly and the part number should be stamped on it.
Do you know the brand? Frigidaire or Kenmore made by Frigidaire?
This is the most common one for both of those:

It is a Frigidaire bought at Lowes maybe 10 years ago. I am trying to avoid dismantling it for too long before I get the part. 5 people here need clean clothes and no time for the laundry mat! Thank you for your advice.

You can order it from my link to it above and replace it.
That's the most common one for Frigidaire that's 10 years old.
