Default fridge making a loud grinding noise

Hey folks, I have a fridgidare model frs28zrg. It's making a very loud grinding noise every now and then. Something that kicks on every once in a while. It's coming from the back toward the bottom, I think. It sounds to me like it might be a pump or something with bad bearings. Does that sound about right? If it does is this something hard to fix. If not any guesses as to what it might be would be appreciated. Thanks

    Is it still cooling good?

I would pull your refrigerator away from the wall then take off your back access panel to check your Condenser fan motor assembly . The bearing on it may be going out.
