Default Intertek small wine refrigerator model 2720307, after power surge won't work

    Model Number: 2720307
    Brand: other
    Age: 6-10 years

I have a semi-conductor electric refrigerator that is a small (6 bottle) wine frig. the serial number is MIN100014861 and the model is 2720307 made by Intertek. The frig started to act up after a power surge. you could hear the fan motor rev up and down. Then we had another surge and now it just won't work. the front panel does not display and I don't hear any fan. The circuit board seems to be getting hot and has 121v supplied to it. Any ideas how to fix?

It's most likely the control board that's bad. If you can find it the cost will be more than you paid for the machine. Even if it was under the first warranty the manufacturer wouldn't repair it, they would replace it. My advice is if it's less than a year old take it back to where you got it and get a replacement. If it's over a year, replace it.
