I am trying to install a drain pump (UPK3) in a GE icemaker (UCC15NJBII). The instructions are not clear. They state:

H.Trace the black and white power cord from the switch assembly to the black and white power cord coming from the unit near the compressor. Make sure that the wires lay on the left side of the pump if you are facing the unit from behind. Unplug the current black and white wire’s connection. Plug the black and white wire’s connector from the unit into the black and white connector from the switch assembly. Repeat with the red and white connections. It is not necessary to replace the wire tie that is removed to disconnect the connector. Connect the 3-pin connector from the switch assembly bracket to the 3-pin connector on the pump.

I am confused where it says 'Repeat with the red and white connections'. There is no other red & white connector. Presumably they mean: 'Attach the drain pump wiring by firstly disconnecting the current black and white power connector from the black and (2) white wire connector from the unit near the compressor. Then connect the (2) black and (2) white wire connector from the drain pump switch assembly to the black and white wire connector going to the power cord. Then connect the red & white connector from the drain pump switch assembly to the black and (2) white wire connector from the unit near the compressor.'

Is that correct?
