Default New freezer not work "bad transportation "

    Model Number: sj-sfr400-hs2
    Brand: other
    Age: Less than 1 year

    it was a shock

my standing sj-sfr400-hs2 sharp no forst freezer is brand new

    yet not working at all

when i transported i did put it vertically upside is up down side is down, however when i need to get it to my 3thd floor apartments as our staircase is not wide it was impossible but to keep on flip it upside down "like ball"

we kept on flipping it upside down down side up trying to get it over the staircase with less work, when it was in my apartment i left it upside at least for 4 hours

i left it 4 hours in my hall but then when i need to turned it on , i decide it to just drag it (it can be easily done over my slippery ground" to the kitchen once done i turned it i can see the screen light "it has screen"

i can hear the compressor work for 30 second then shuts

i am not sure where i gone wrong

1 - gone wrong in dragging it and turn it on immediately cause it needs some rest even though i left it 4 hours after get it from 1 floor to 3 floor because even small drag is a movement and it need rest after any small movement ?

2- gone wrong when i flipped it the staircase instead of carrying it which may cause oil of compressor to come out to the pipes which restrains the cooling process?

and my last 2 question in addition to the previous 2 questions

if we flip the freezer and quickly bring it to the original position do the oil have time to go out of the compressor down to the pipes? it is just brief flips ?

how much i should leave it off before trying again again?

The longer you leave it upright before powering it ON the better. I'd say at least 72 hours would of been good.

yes i willl make it 72 hour but i got some idea i wonder if it will work ....what is i start leaning it right for an hour then left for and hour and keep doing so

if you just imagine this action will help the oil to past the corners in case it is stuck at any corner of the pipes so what so you sir? just see the picture you will get what i meant

No, don't lean it left or right, just leave it upright. That compressor oil should travel back into the bottom of the compressor by itself.

today i learn that i was wrong about my freezer i called the service engineer he told me that for this specific model i have to wait about 15 mint and iit wil work

and yes after waiting abouut 15 mint or more it worked it may be not problomatic from the very start

may be if i wait for it when i first bought it it will work

some people even told me that newer models have valvles for oil so nothing will go to the pipes and cause blackage

so i am lucky i have escaped !

    What's 15 mint? 15 minutes?

You said this in your first post:
i left it 4 hours in my hall but then when i need to turned it on , i decide it to just drag it (it can be easily done over my slippery ground" to the kitchen once done i turned it i can see the screen light "it has screen"

i can hear the compressor work for 30 second then shuts
I'm confused, if it would not work after 4 hours how can it suddenly work after 15 mint?
