    Hi again Jake,
It appears we have a winner!! Finally! Went back in and made sure all springs, buttons etc were in the right places as well as making sure the selector knob was positioned correctly. I've got lights and selections where there were none previously. I've also ran 2 cycles that weren't previously working at all. So far so good! I think we can safely close this thread! Your AMAZING! THANK YOU!! Now onto the dryer problem... :-(

I think your are correct about the ventilation with the dryer. My problem there is, I live in a first floor condo and can't see any vents on the outside of the building. What do you do in that situation? I ran a fish (don't know if that's the correct spelling) line up into the vent in the wall. I get about 7ft in and it stops. Any ideas?

    Thanks for everything!

    Wendy

Excellent Wendy, glad to hear your washer is all fixed.

For the dryer, do you have a condo management company you can inquire about where the dryer vent exits to?

Yes, I'm ecstatic about the washer. I was beginning to think I should have bought a new one! However, with your expertise it's now running better than EVER!! Thank you!!!

As for the dryer. Yes, there is a management company, if in fact you can call them that. I'll give them a call tomorrow and let you know. I guess that will be the tell all. I'll keep you posted. Have a great night Jake, and many thanks!!
