Default LG WT1101CW UE code still occurs

    Model Number: WT1101CW
    Brand: LG
    Age: 1-5 years

Washer is level. I replaced main control board using EBR7622102 04/2018 date. I replaced stator and rotor assembly, 4417EA1002K and 4413EA1004D.

Works MUCH better now. Still getting UE on some loads of laundry and will not complete a tub clean cycle. Gets as low as one minute remaining then UE over and over again.

Any suggestions on how to fix it from here? Thanks

    Hi Plucky,
My machine was bought 5/2014 and we have been suffering wit this UE problem for a couple of years, always babysitting the machine, to manually try and get it past the refilling and get it to spin as much as we could. I was contemplating buying a new board as i have read that it has been successful in alleviating this issue. After reading your post, Im not so sure i may move forward. Are you sure the board number is right as you posted. Should be EBR76262102..(im sure you left the 6 out as typo). 2 years ago..LG came out and replaced the stator and rotor but the UE continued. Now at 4 years old i am having a hard time junking this machine as we were content with its performance other than the Unbalance load problem. How much improved would you say it is after your board replacement?

Replacing the board made a significant difference. It made it worth keeping the machine in my opinion since I was at the same place as you.
I donít know that replacing the stator and rotor assembly made any difference.

    Hi,

Basically the only parts left that would cause this UE error code problem would be the suspension rods.

Here's the suspension rods for your model:
