My dishwasher is stopping mid cycle. It has done this at two different times/places in the washing process. The green Normal Wash light is flashing. I have tried turning the breaker off (door closed), waiting 30 seconds and turning it back on (door open) but the light keeps flashing. If I press Cancel/Drain, the red light flashes along with the start and normal wash green lights and nothing happens. Tried the reset (heated dry etc...) but that does not work as the lights are still flashing. If I turn off and on the breaker with the door closed, I can then get it to drain and it then works but will stop working at some point in the process. Any ideas?

A blinking LED over one of the keys of the keypad (or sometimes a “dead” keypad/console) indicates one or more key switch lines are stuck or shorted on the control or the keypad. To determine if the control or keypad is faulty, do the following test:
Unplug dishwasher or disconnect power.
Open the dishwasher door. Open console and disconnect the keypad ribbon connection from the control (at P1). Make sure all other connections are made. Put console back together.
Do not close the dishwasher door.
Plug in dishwasher or reconnect power.
Wait 5 seconds.
Close dishwasher door.
Monitor the control’s response.
➔If the control is OK (no longer sees shorts with the keypad unplugged), it will respond by turning on the drain motor for 2 minutes. Check and/or replace the keypad if the control responds OK.
➔If the control is not OK (still sees shorts with the keypad unplugged), then the drain motor will NOT respond. If drain motor does not start within 10 seconds, repeat or verify that all steps were followed, and then replace the control.

Thanks. I was too mad at it to try this last night so this morning I started. Without doing anything, it worked fine. Completed the cycles and dried as it normally does. I did not do what you suggested because I figured if it is working now, there is nothing for it to find wrong but did run the diagnostic mode (Heated Dry, Normal Wash, Heated Dry, Normal Wash) and got no codes. Does this sound possible? If this starts happening again would it still be the control panel?

Thank you again. It failed again so this time I did run the check, it is the control panel. Our model is Stainless Steel color and I noticed you gave me the part number for the Black colored model. Do you have the part number for the Stainless Steel color? If not we can live with it. Thank you again ever so much.
