Default Carrier Comfort Series Heat Pump

    Model Number: 38VRA018340
    Brand: other
    Age: More than 10 years

Our Carrier Comfort Series Heat Pump is not cooling the area of the house that it covers. Air is blowing through and the air is cool but not cold. It's not cold enough to cool the area. The fan in the outer unit is working. All are working constantly because they are not cooling the room. The above number is the only number that I could read and I think it's the model number. Attached is a photo of the label on the outdoor unit.
