Default Unable to access drain line in fridge freezer

    Model Number: KGN36X00ZA/01
    Brand: other
    Age: 6-10 years

My Bosch fridge-freezer has a blocked drain line but I cannot clear the blockage because I cannot access the drain line from inside the freezer. The evaporator is housed in a 'drip tray' as per photo attached.
If this photo is representative of my fridge freezer I do not see how I can access the rear lug to release the screw.
    Any ideas ?
