    Default LG WM2050CW washer noise

    Model Number: WM2050CW
    Brand: LG
    Age: 1-5 years

Could someone help me to recognize the problem with my washer?
I think it's the bearings but not 100% sure - appreciate any insight.

It could possibly be a bad rotor.

You can remove that bolt in the middle of the rotor then take the rotor off and see if the plastic splines are stripped in the middle collar of your rotor.

Here's the rotor assembly for your model you can order if yours is stripped:

I did and everything seems fine, all is tight - the seal is reached but even bearings are not bad.

Ok if that's fine, then I'm not sure what's causing it, I haven't run across this problem as of yet on this model, so hopefully another tech. that's seen and fixed this problem can shed some light on it for us.
