    Default New appliances

    Iím building a new house, what brand of standard sized appliances should I lookat? Currently looking at Kenmore Pro

    Sears doesn't make anything. The first three numbers before the decimal indicate the manufacturer.

    I've always liked and had Whirlpool appliances. Stick with a brand you're familiar with and you'll be fine. If you're thinking about LG or Samsung, all I can say is do your homework! No manufacturer makes perfect appliances. Appliances are machines and machines break down. Kenmore 110.xxx, 106.xxx, and 665.xxx are Whirlpool. 363.xx is GE. 790.xx is Frigidaire. 795.xx is LG 401.xx is Samsung.
