Default DV365GTBGWRA Samsung dryer leaking water during steam cycles.

    Model Number: DV365GTBGWRA
    Brand: Samsung
    Age: 1-5 years

I notice that when I use the "refresh" cycle or any cycle that uses the connected water for steam, there is a puddle of water on the floor by the front right corner of the dryer. At first I thought it was perhaps the hose loose at the back, but if that was the case it would leak all the time, not just when using a steam cycle.

I recently had the dryer apart to replace the drum rollers and idler - could I have bumped something that is now causing water to leak?

    thanks in advance

    Hi Glen,

Here's the parts diagram for your model: Samsung Dryer DV365GTBGWR/A3-0001 Repair Parts

I recently had the dryer apart to replace the drum rollers and idler - could I have bumped something that is now causing water to leak?
Was it leaking this water before you took it apart to replace the drum rollers and Idler Pulley?

    Thanks Jake

That's a good question - we hardly use the steam option but from what I can remember I don't recall it ever leaking before, so it could be just a coincidence or maybe I did something while I was replacing the drum rollers etc.

When I get a chance I will take it apart and see if I can see if the leak is at an obvious place.
