    Default Dacor ERD30S06SCH gas broiler has flames too high

    Brand: other
    Age: 1-5 years

    Don’t know if the video will post or not but I have a Dacor ERD30S06SCH gas broiler has flames coming out passed the broiler edges. Any ideas?

    Thanks, yes I see it.

    Are you on LP(Propane) or Natural Gas?

    This just started happening out of the blue?

    Is the oven bake flame going to high too?

    It is on LP and it did just start. The homeowner thought the orifice wasn’t turned in tight enough but that wouldn’t really explain the nice blue flame.

    On LP the broiler orifice has to be turned all the way down. Same with the bake orifice.

    I need to know if the bake flame is doing this same thing too.
