Can someone help me on this.
I am trying to repair the Dishwasher myself that is why I am asking.
The current Dishwasher has Version 0 parts it seems as per the Tech who came to see it.
He said that he will install the Vane/Motion and Nozzle which will bump it to Version 1.
As the charges where too high, I did not go with them to do these fixes and I am planning to do it myself.
Question: So when I go and order the parts, when I enter the Model#, it asks Version 0 or Version 1 and I select Version 0. Is it ok to select Version 1 and order parts based on that?
I assume that it will fit my machine.

No, you always have to order from the version yours is, no matter what.

I've never heard that before myself, so I'd take that with a grain of salt.

    My First update:
I bought a brand new BLDC pump.
    Installed it.
the Machine makes the exact same noise. No change.
So, it is not the BLDC Pump which is an issue.
    Returning it.

The Samsung tech said, BLDC Pump is bad and needs to be replaced. $99.00 for the pump and $129.00 to install it.
    I bought it for $84.00.
Returning it to save that now.

Next, I am going to buy cover nozzle, assy arm etc and see.

Is it ok to do updates like this or it is mis-use of the forum?

You can do updates like your doing, it will be interesting to compare what the tech. says is bad to what part is actually bad.

    My Second Update:
    I bought part # DD97-00216A.

I Opened my Dishwasher, took out the Waterwall arms (as I need to to take the old part out), and with the old part still connected, tried it on.
I can hear and see the Nozzle Motor which is SRM-36HR 30RPM Motor running loud and heavy grinding.
Of course, I can get just that motor and change it, however, it is like 90$ or so while the whole nozzle is 120$ - hence changing the whole was worth it for me.

So, I simply replaced the new nozzle and tried it on (without the arms etc) and I see the new motor run smoothly without any noise.

So, the heavy grinding noise is from the motor in the nozzle.

I am yet to fix everything up and try it as whole thing.

I will update that in a few days as to how it worked.

    Final Update:
I fixed the machine and ran a cycle and it worked just fine.
So, the issue was the Cover Nozzle Assy which has a SRM-36HR motor. This Motor was bad.

Thanks Jake for being there and helping out.
