Frigidaire washer tearing up clothes
Has anyone had problems with their top loading Frigidaire washing machine tearing their clothes up? Apparently my clothes are getting caught underneath the agitator and holes are being ripped into the clothes-mostly shirts. After a few months and 3 repair people who could not solve the problem later, Frigidaire replaced the washer. Today I used the new one and the exact same thing happened. Now I just want a refund or a different style of washer, but was not able to get far today. The person who says they are the corporate manager was rude and said she is as high up on the chain that I can go to try to get this issue resolved. Any advice?

What's the model number of your washer?
Then you will see a link that says: How to find a model number.
Where did you buy it from?

Model #FFTW4120SW1. It was included in purchase of new home. Home builder doesn’t warrant the appliances so I have to go direct through Frigidaire

Ok,
Keep calling Frigidaire and if they can't fix this problem and a brand new one did not fix it either, you'll need to ask the home builder to get you another brand, if it came with the house its their responsibility.
