Default LG WT1101CW Washer UE Error

    Model Number: WT1101CW
    Brand: LG
    Age: 6-10 years

I saw another resolved thread where the user had this same problem - endless cycling at the rinse/spin cycle with more time perpetually added. Seems that replacing the control board is the best bet.

However the part # and links in the previous thread lead to a part that is no longer available.

Can anyone tell me if there is an available equivalent that fits this model? Preferably from a place that will accept a return if it doesn’t resolve the problem?

My 84yr old dad has been battling this problem and is ready to get a new machine, but it would be great if I could locate a board for him so he can give this a try and avoid the expense of a new washer.

    Thanks very much.

Correct, the part is no longer available. You might be able to locate one online but probably not. LG washers have a lot of problems. It's been my experience, once one part fails others are not far behind. Bad time of year for a new washer but might be the better way to go.
