Default NE59J7750WS/AC Samsung Dual Range - Broiler Comes On and Stays on during bake

    Model Number: NE59J7750WS
    Brand: Samsung
    Age: 1-5 years

The broiler element in our Samsung range sometimes comes on and stays on during convection bake in the upper oven. The broiler element stays on and gets very hot even when the oven gets to the set temperature.

Is the broiler element supposed to come on at all during the convection bake setting?

Any idea what would cause this?

I did an error code check and it listed "dC" which is a partition error which refers to the removable partition that divides the oven into two.
Not sure if ths error would be related to the broiler element problem.

    Thanks

Found my complete model number: NE59J7750WS/AC

The problem in this post sounds similar to mine. Maybe the relay control board?

That is better, still shows 4 different revision #'s.
Yes, it does sound like a stuck/sticky relay/board is very possible for sure.

Forgot to mention, check with a Canadian parts depot as some of the Canadian and American parts may be different.
