    Default WM2150HR LG Washer noise on the motor drive

    Model Number: WM2150HR
    Brand: LG
    Age: 1-5 years

    hi Guys
    I have a washer with some crank noise on the direct drive. Doesn't seems to be the bearings because if i turn by hand are ok. The noise is not always, just from time to time seems it skips

    Hi Nick,

    WM2150HR is not pulling up as good. Please recheck your model number. The closest is get is WM2150HW.

    Ok,

    This is a LG Canada model, which we have no information on here in the USA. So you'll need to call that LG Canada phone number on your model number tag to have LG come out to investigate this problem.

    it doesn't matter the model number, on YouTube are plenty like me with same sound
    did you listen the you tube video?
    calling lg means at least 300 $. at least

    doesn't seems to be the bearings

    Yes, I saw the video and heard it.

    Its possibly a cracked rotor, you'd need to unplug the machine and remove the rotor and check for cracks in it.
