Default KUIC15PHZS0 Kitchaid ice machine not making ice

    Model Number: KUIC15PH
    Brand: KitchenAid
    Age: 1-5 years

I finished a clean cycle and now the unit doesn’t make ice. Model KUIC15PHZS0. Tray fills, pumps seem to turn on. Water flows over freeze plate but no ice is formed.

Additional info. When water flowed over freeze plate I looked in back and it appeared fan or compressor wasn’t running.
