Default Samsung Dryer DV40J3000EW/A2 No power to user interface

    Model Number: DV40J3000EW
    Brand: Samsung
    Age: 1-5 years

Good morning, I'm working on a Samsung dryer model #DV40J3000EW/A2. the user interface board will not light up, after taking the machine apart i found that the inner vent had come apart from the exhaust fan blowing not only the lint inside the machine but sending a lot of moisture up into the interface board, I cant see any sign of it shorting out fro this but could it of with out showing any signs? Thanks

    Hi,

Here's the parts diagram for this model: Samsung Dryer DV40J3000EW/A2 Repair Parts

I couldn't locate the tech. data sheet. So I don't know what controls the user interface power, I assume the main control board, see if you get any volts to the user interface at all.
