I cannot find a replacement regulator for this range. Is there a substitute or work around?

What size is the in and out holes, can't tell from the pic.

That is likely 1/2 pipe.

3/8 inch pipe...

1/2 inch pipe...

One of these should work for you...

Regulator, pressure

Gas pressure regulator, convertible

Even if you have to add an adapter to change the pipe size, these should work fine.
