Not unless it's bad. You need a DMM to check anything. You can pick one up at any of the home centers or Walmart for $20. Start by checking the oven sensor resistance. It should be 1100 ohms at room temperature. Check the voltage at the bake element when the oven is set to bake. The meter should indicate 220 VAC. If not check for 220 VAC across the BAKE terminal and the LINE 2-OUT terminal on the control board.
