I have a Kenmore Elite #795.71032.010 refrigerator. The ice maker was making a pounding sound yesterday and upon looking at it I notice the ice cube thing is full and frozen but not dumping the cubes. I manually tried to dump them, it went thru the motions but did not dump them. Then it tried to fill with water which ran down the outside of the ice maker. Can someone please assist me? Thanks
