Aloha, I have a weird situation. In my Kenmore elite fridge there’s three EVAP fans. One in the fridge two in the freezer.
All three are getting 12v to them but none of them are working. I took them out and directly hooked them up to 12v from a battery and absolutely nothing on any of them. If it were one fan I’d be inclined to believe the fan was bad and would replace it. I find it rather unlikely that all three are bad but I can’t figure out how anything else is possible.
Everything else about the fridge seems to be operating as it should. Without the fans flowing the fridge is still getting down to 50f and the freezer to 30f.
(Ambient temperature here is 85f)
